CASC - 40

The CASC-40 is a fully automatic single head capper for all types of bottles and cap. The bottle can be fed manually or through a turntable. Star plates are used for bottle transfer. The bottles arrives under the cap chute where the cap is placed on top of it by the vibratory feeder bowl. Once the cap is placed on top of bottle it is transferred towards the capping head where a diving unit completes the capping process upto a specified torque. Once the bottle is capped, it is collected from the exit.
